Fished the C&R section this morning. The water was clear and a nice level at 59 degrees. Fished up stream of the bridge to start and only saw 1 fish first 2 hours, which of course I missed. So decided to go down stream of the bridge which was the right decision. Saw many was able to land a brown and a bow both about 10". The brown I saw when I stopped to take a drink of water and saw him just break the surface in a short run in bright sunlight and no cover, 3 casts later and he was in the net. Both were on 16 pheasant tails.
