Lurking for a while, finally got approved membership. Guess they didn’t run a background check 😳😂.
As you can tell by my name I’m into corvettes, bought my first one out of high school in 77 and it’s been downhill ever since.
Not only cars and fishing but also into 2011’s and 1911’s, these addictions have drained most of my SS income……I’m sure others can relate.
Enjoy FFishing locally and upstate, especially like Kettle Creek. Also lately been making steelhead runs up to Salmon River.
Look forward to learning and being able to contribute. Thanks for having me.

Welcome aboard! 🙂

I
Originally from lower bucks county, lived in Lansdale a few years, spent the last 12 years in Phoenix AZ for work, retired we moved back to the area. I know I know, you’re supposed to retire then move to AZ……we aren’t to bright though..

I ask because I was wondering if you knew about/remembered Koblis' Caddis Hatch, Nestor's Quakertown and whatever the "sportsman" shop was called that was across the street from Sine's 5 & 10 back in the day....

I worked at koblis caddis hatch.

Do you remember the sporting goods store (at least I think it was a sporting goods store) in Quakertown that was on West Broad, past Sine's 5 & 10 but on the other side of the street?

I was in there way back when and they sold flies. When I asked who tied them, they said they came from Koblis' Caddis Hatch and they gave me directions and I drove there.

At the time there was a quite attractive woman working who may have been Ron's wife...

FWIW - I've met you before at your shop so I know it wasn't you. 😉

Welcome from a former lower Bucks-er, a 76 graduate. You likely grew up trout fishing those same central and upper Bucks streams as me.
