Mud Run - Carbon County - 5-30-18 - Albrightsville

Water was back to normal level and very clear. Did not check temp but was quite cold as usual. We have a private section of Mud Run in our subdivision and it has some nice holes. No surface activity and no bugs so I was swinging a bugger. Managed a few wild brookies all about the same as the one in the pic. Great way to wake up 5 minute from the house.

I used to do my three stream day. Tricos on the Monocacy, henryvilles on Mud Run, twilight on the pohopoco after a Platzburger and a Black and Tan. Nice to know those brookies are still in Mud Run.
