Meadow run Fayette county 4/18/13

Fished meadow run. Caught ten in about three hours. Nothing more than 13 inches or so. Caught all three species. Mostly browns. All fishing was between the bridge an the cascades. Wife is pregnant and ready to pop so i didnt want ro get too far from the car.Water was fairly clear. Caught them on nymphs. It was a 80 deg and partly cloudy. I tried out my new eagle claw featherlight 7 ft w a five weight. Left the orvis at home. Fun rod, though I think I'm gonna switch to a 6 wt line.

Forgot to mention, it was good to see that a wader wash station was put in at the parking lot, but it appeared to be useless As the brush was missing and the water in it was green and full of leaves and algae. Doesn't seem to be a good sign that a station in a state park in a busy lot isn't being maintained. Does anyone know if chestnut ridge tu placed this or if the dcnr/park did?
