"Fished" the middle stretch of the DHALO section from 6pm to 7:30, but I was really just walking the dog and taking some casts to **** around.

Water was clear, way low, and 70 degrees.

Tons of suckers and some jumping fish that must have been chubs. Saw 2 rises that were maybe trout the entire time I was there.

Plenty of mosquitoes, not much else in the way of bugs. There were a handful of worm containers scattered around, though. Classy.
 
If the water was 70 degrees it's unlikely the trout were actively rising and feeding aggressively.
 
Just an FYI: I've seen very actively rising fish in Pine Creek when the water was 76 degrees in years past. Vast majority of risers were trout.
