Water was a little merky, but a good level for early season. Fished from around 1100 till 1400. Did OK on black stoneflys and woolybuggers. Once I put a #16 PT on in tandum with a caddis, I had an hour and a half of CATCHING (in lieu of fishing). They would hit it on the swing as it was rising. Great time!

I fished Manada on the 10th. Parked at the dirt road about 1/2 through the DH section where the "bridge" (trailer chassis) is. Caught all fish right by the truck in that hole. Olive buggers, black buggers, white buggers, yellow buggers, glo bugs, gren weenies, small birds. 30% bigger? Don't know. 30% dumber? Fer shure!

Fished all the way past the next bridge. The PFBC has done it again. All the fish were only in holes by bridges or where the creek came close to the road. Too lazy to get out and walk with a bucket for fear they may drop their ham sandwich walking too far. What happened to bucket brigades?

You want an enjoyable 2007. Fish a stocked stream only by bridges or where the stream comes close to a road. Me, I'm fishing wild trout streams where I know the fish will be spread throughout the whole stream.
