Got out around 11 and fished the upper regs area. What a beautiful day! Only saw two other guys which was surprising. Water was clear and cold. Caught a few freshly stocked 'bows and called it a day around 1. Noticed a bunch of little black stones, i'd say around a size 16-18. All the fish came on a dead drifted soft hackle. For anyone in the area, the fish that were stocked are very nice chunkers. Not as many as in past years, but the fish are solid and fun to catch.

what a pretty creek. very nice close up of the trout too.

Can somebody lead me in the right direction fly fish manada creek tommorow 4/13

I fished up stream at the DHALO off of rt 443 and there was nothing
Also somebody told me Rabbit rd has 2 bridges that are decent

I need to know where to park and jump in

Parking? Very limited. Just south of rabbit rd is Manada bottom rd bridge but there is a new guard rail that limits parking...south end of guard rail is room for maybe 1-2 cars. Further south is Kiwanis rd bridge and has a few spots on west end....best bet is just drive over and see where there is a small pullout near bridge and hope there is not more than 1 other car already there which likely there won't be until it gets stocked again. Make sure tires are not on paved road otherwise may get ticket.

p.s. there were no floats outside the special regs but was hi water when stocked so likely fish spread out.

Hit me up. I know every inch of that stream.
