Water was clear but high for this time of the year water temp 62, air 85.
Felt like summer mode on the big D. There was a mix of small (18) and large (14) sulfurs coming off intermittently when I got there at 6 PM plus an occasional olive size 20 and a few size 8 adult stone flying around. No ISO's were seen.
The rainbows have moved into their summer homes in the heavy water, it was great to see the rainbows rising in fast water for the first time this year.
I tried the intermittent risers with stonefly with no luck, had to switch to a size 16 sulfur emerger to get takes, nothing big but they all fought hard and jumped high.
