Fished the DH section of the Loyalhanna today. Arrived at 10am with water conditions looking good. Clear not real high. Nymphed some of the deeper runs, some luck with egg patterns. Couple of bugs, think it would have been real good if not for the high water today.
By 1:30 the water was running brown from the snow melt. Probably won't be fishable for many days now.
Temperatures got into the mid-sixties today. It was nice to drive on I-70 with the windows down.
