Fished Lower Penns Thurs aft (1pm-330ish), Fri morning (8am-11am), and Sat afternoon (2pm-5pm). Water temp 84 degrees. Flow is extremely low and gin clear. Best action was had on conehead white bugger w/crystal flash #4 stripped through the riffles(where you can find them) and tight to the bank where there is abundant shade. Temper your expectations given the current conditions. Until we get more rain and cooler temps- take what she'll give you. Consider a dozen smallies with a few in the low-mid teens along with some fallfish and rock bass to be a great day.Your best bet is to start around Kratzerville off of Rt. 204 and downstream to mouth of Susky.
