My main reason for joining is to search for old friends/acquaintances of my brother, Ted Bush. Ted passed away in October, and I've been trying to locate members of his fishing communities to let them know. He didn't leave a current contact list and the saved cards and letters are years old.
Ted was a very proud member of the LeTort Regulars, and groups in many other states- TWG(?); Le Pere, Michigan; Montana; Iowa, Oregon and Pennsylvania, that I know of. He also was very active in stream restoration back in the 80's and 90's; I think that was mainly PA, but perhaps some West Virginia as well. He was a Life Member of Trout Unlimited, Fly Fishers International, and one more I can't remember right now.
I think he was also helpful in starting the Pennsylvania Fly Fishing Museum- I have pictures of the opening day celebration!

If you knew him, he probably talked about his dog, Taffy, all the time- a cute ****er Spaniel that was his best friend for years and years. He may also have debated Civil War history with you, as that was his second love behind fishing.

If anyone out there remembers my brother and could shed some light on this part of his life, I'd really appreciate it if you would share stories and or photos with me. I am putting together a memorial scrapbook for my family and could use help.

Thank you!
