I have a 8’ 6wt 3 pc Livingston headwaters blank that I purchased last spring from Dusty. I was going to build this rod myself, but plans have changed now. This is a beautiful blank . The blank does have some phantom marks on but end where I did some yellow silk test wraps , these are cosmetic marks shown in first pic ,reel seat will cover them .
