The stream received its fall stocking on 10/4/2007. I stopped by the stream on 10/6/2007 just to have a look. I saw many nice fish that had apparently just been stocked. I planned to fish the stream the following Saturday. When I arrived, I inspected the hole where I had seen the fish the previous week. No fish were visible. I assumed I just could not see them due to more cloudy water conditions. I fished for 4 hours. Caught 5 fish. The stream did not fish as well as I expected it would. Is it possible we have a poaching problem here?
