Spit ice around 10, turning to full on snow around 12. No bugs of any kind seen. Caught 1 at the pump house bridge on sucker spawn and another up at the pump house on a white marabou streamer. Cruized past Sugar Creek and saw no grannoms there, either. My assertion is that the NW is over a week behind the Central PA streams, and I believe they will be 'on' next weekend when it warms up and the water drops.
