Mid 50s, a little breezy, and mostly sunny when I got to Wild Cherry Ln. There was one other angler in the catch and release section, not much bug activity, a few caddis–grannoms and little black caddis. Scouted downstream for quite a way and didn't see any fish break the surface and didn't feel like nymphing again so I headed over to the hatchery. Found a few risers, caddis and a few BWOs were popping so I settled in a run and landed a 20" brown on a grannom emerger and missed a few other fish before it started to get chilly as the cloud cover rolled in. Called it a day just before 5pm. Saw a few hook ups with nymphs but activity was sporadic and light.
