Mix of clouds and sun, water clarity was pretty good, could see the circus trout (aka golden rainbows) a mile away without polarized sunglasses. A breeze would pop up now and then putting a temporary pause on casting dries.

I started off at the Wild Cherry Ln section, first time there, so I scouted for a while before fishing. After a while I decided to start fishing and caught a few wild rainbows on top, #16 tan CDC caddis, and a #14 bwo emerger. Couldn't find anymore risers so I wrapped up and went to the hatchery section, caught two more on top, same CDC caddis and a #18 blue quill.

I t was getting windy and starting to rain a bit so I called it a day, but it was a fun 3-4 hours. I saw a few people hook up on nymphs, but nothing gangbausters.
