The blood dot was my most productive fly in heritage section and midges were the ticket outside the regulated water.

wow two at once, beautiful fish! The one time me and my mom were fishing the run at boiling springs and my mom hooked a small brown from under the wooden bridge. Right when I was about to net it a monster brown came up from the depths are grabbed on to the little brown's tail. I put the net in and caught both of them. The big one was about 21in.

Nice fish. And nice blog. I only ever had one double header on Elk Creek but was only able to land one of them. Barbless hooks tend to allow them to escape a bit easier.

Nice pics. For future reference, some general information about conditions is helpful: what were water temps, angling pressure, weather conditions, insect hatches etc? This makes for a more complete picture and, overall, a better report. Also, please include the county in the title (I fixed this for you). This may seem trivial for a famous stream like Little Lehigh, however there are many streams in PA with the same name, not to mention some famous streams flow through multiple counties. Putting the date and county in the title line maintains standardization and facilitates search mode.

Fished Sunday morning in the Heritage stretch all of the fish came on nymphs and eggs. The angling pressure was somewhat heavy but plenty of room to move around and where fish good water. I saw midges in the afternoon outside the heritage are and the fish were keyed in on them.Size 20 and 22 midges fished suspended under an "indy" did the the trick. I didn't take a temp reading.

Thanks for the info and tips. I will post more detailed reports next time.
