Fished the Heritage Section of the LLH from about 12:30 to 5:30PM on Saturday. Caught some good sized fish on a #20 zebra midge w/ an #20 olive RS2 tied 18" behind it. The water was a bit higher than normal, but very fishable. Maybe it was the water clarity, but it seems to me that the number of fish in this section has decreased. I did not see as many fish as I usaully do. Still my favorite stream, though.

Actually the midge produced the most on that day, but I usually catch more fish on the RS2. I used to fish LLH with every fly in my box catching fish here and there. Luckily I tied the olive RS2 on and my numbers have increased 110%. It also works in every other stream I fish. The midge is slowly creeping up. I just started tying my own flies and the number of zebra midges are growing. I can almost gaurantee that if you tie on a zebra midge (or any other go to fly) with a RS2 18 or so inches tied behind it you will have great success.
