It was more like-- leave the house 1 hour behind schedule, drive to PSU. Run up and down to daughter's apartment with boxes and bins and bags. Take off for nearby water. Arrive at 9:30 instead of 8:15. No Trikes in the air. Begin blind-casting trike imitations. Get ignored until a small dark baetis dry is used. Catch a few over the next couple hours, even resorting to bobber fishing. Sun gets hot, fishing stinks badly, return to daughter's abode. Assemble TV stand and hook all electronics up for entertainment center. Wish her good luck and leave for home. Halfway home, I need a drink. Drinking and driving is illegal. Drinking and fishing is not.

It is great having the little J on the way home from state college. It's always a nice plan B (when its not on the main course of course).

To confess, it was a half-pint of Jim Beam at the PA Spirits Store in Tyrone. I didn't finish it.

Daughter doesn't want Dad around except to carry heavy boxes and fix electronic items. Her mom showed up with the other half of bins, bags and boxes and fought it out with the roommates. I pop in, make like the hero and get all the TVs, DVDs and sound systems working, then pop out before the schit hits the phan.
