Little Juniata , Blair County 9-08-12

Fished the little j yesterday without much luck. water was stained from rain in the morning. Managed to move one fish on green inch worm but that was it. All was not lost though. Went to a great picnic held by the Little Juniata River Association. Got to meet Charles Meck and eat some good grub along the river. Any of you that fish the Little J should join this wonderful organization. The members are fantastic and they are doing amazing things for the river.

Fishing was great later in the afternoon/evening. Managed a good number of fish (they were hitting size 8 stonefly nymph and 12/14 PT).
