Conditions:
Weather: 33 degrees cloudy and windy.
Water Temp: unknown
Flow: Low to Very low but much better then the summer and end of October. Slightly off color enough to barely impact visibility.

Fished the C&R section from 2 - 330. No fish brought to hand even from the usual productive lies. I did have one fish making splashy rises to what I assume was midges. I seined and picked up a majority of sow bugs and only a few scuds. No other insect larvae. The wind made it very cold and difficult to get a good drift as it would blow the indicator around and with mess with the drift when tight lining.

The cold and wind made for a tough day on LR and also the breeches. I took my first skunking of the new year. Seems like it was just a tough fishing day all around.
