Fished the Gap from 12:30-4
Water was pleasant for wet wading with the hot air. Didn't get a temp.
Just a few sporadic caddis, and an occasional rise.
Not the best time of day to be out there, but had the family along on the bike / hike path, which worked out well.
No other fisherpeople until 1 guy in a kayak came to spin fish the fast water at 3:30
Caddis pupa fished deep was the only thing working for me.
Hooked 4, landed 2, a fresh stockie and a holdover, both browns.
Any hatch activity later in the day?
