I got out on the Boy Scout Camp this evening for a little over 2 hours. The fishing would have been better if not for all those pesky Boy Scouts throwing rocks in the stream, just kidding, I enjoyed seeing the boys playing in the crick. There were some sulphers coming off. I hooked one fish on a small bead head hares ear trailed off my dry, but failed to land him. I hooked and lost a few fish on parachute sulphers and missed a few other takes (mostly loosing my flys in the trees behind me). I did land one fish, a brown of about 12 inches with an open sore on his skin near his mid section. Perhaps this is a result of the warm spell we had about two weeks ago?
