My wife and I went to Laurel Hill DHALO section yesterday (past the boy scout camp).
Man...the water levels are extremely low.
The low water allowed us to see the stream had many trout in it. But getting them to even look at an offering was a chore. We caught nothing (unless you include the two 2.5" chubs I caught) and I had a few chase a very shiny Chironomid pattern.....but no takers.
I can see 'em rise up for some type of merger.....but I could not get close to what they were taking.
