You’ll get just about a lifetime of dubbing here (if you’re young, and a lot more than a lifetime if you’re old, like me), probably a couple years worth of marabou, and the CDC will keep you supplied for a year (less than that if you catch more trees than trout.)

There’s also a box of Zelon from Blue Ribbon Flies, enough to last a long time and tie lots of flies that will catch even more trout.

“Zelon (also known as Z-lon) was first popularized and distributed for fly tying by John Betts and Craig Matthews of Blue Ribbon Flies.
In 1985, Betts and Matthews purchased the world's supply of the raw material (a specific type of crinkly nylon fiber manufactured by DuPont) and began packaging and selling it for fly tying applications, such as wings, trailing shucks, and nymph cases.”

These items are pictured in 2 separate posts since there are too many pictures for one post. You’ll also see a picture of some preformed wings (shown with the CDC packages) that can be used for caddis or spinner wings, according to the package. I’m not familiar with this material, but it appears to be ysynthetic material that would be very easy to tie with, and I believe it could also be used for emergers as well. It’s kind of neat, in my opinion!

The majority of these were never used, and the packs that were used appear to have been used very little. I’ll sell all of this for $75.00, picked up in New Holland, PA, or I will ship it in the US for the actual shipping cost, paid by PayPal.

Please send me a private message here to arrange purchase, or with any questions you have.

Thanks, John.

Yeah, I figured. Didn't need it, but that's a nice mess of stuff and I would have used it. Good for whomever had the quicker hookset....
