My guess was wild immediately simply because the adipose fin was not clipped. I'm not very experienced at telling the difference but my understanding was that is kind of a tell tale sign. Nice fish for sure, never fished that river

I don't think that PA clips fins, atleast I've never seen one.

I said stocked because of that small tail and fin color and overall coloration. No blue spot. Still a nice one.

I watched that video and the fellow needs to start bringing a tape measure with him. He keeps saying how huge the trout is and that it's 20" long. It's a thin winter fish and maybe, with the benefit of the doubt, 17". Not a bit more.

Geez. don't do that. fta has not come on here for a while to stir up trouble, so don't antagonize him. If we let him alone, maybe he will not come on here to purposely irritate fly-fishermen. Maybe he'll stick to spinfishing venues. He's let us alone for quite a while now.
