I finally got a brown tonight. A real beauty, 14". I fished from 3pm until 5pm.
60 degrees with a drizzle and the water was up a little from the rain.
A size 12 black rabbit fur leech did the trick. This trout was smacking the top after tiny white flies. I tried a 14 white dry and a 12 Joes Hopper, but he wouldn't hit it. This guy wanted rabbit fur.
I also caught a couple 9" rainbows and a nice rockbass.
