Fished in Whitehall Twsp from 5:10 PM to 6:30 PM with a two fly rig........BH Prince nymph and red SJ Worm. Caught 3 RT on the Prince, one on the SJW. Lost one other. Water was very cold... probably low 40's. Fished the deeper riffles and shoots within. No strike indicator. One micro-shot. Stream was fairly low. Plenty of fish around as water temps throughout much of the SE have made the action slow for many anglers. Stomachs contained Chironomids sp., green caddis (Hydropsychidae) and intact stone caddis cases. Fish were tasty and provided a healthy dose of Omega 3's.
