I was able to get on the water for a few hours this afternoon. I caught a brook and a brown. Had takes from 3 other fish. All action came on midge pupa off the bend of a dry. I think the fish appreciated the variety after too many looks at wax worms and nite crawlers. Nice to get out!

If you don't mind me asking, where on Jacobs did you go? Right in the town of Jacobs Creek or further upstream somewhere?

I had heard that there are some wild fish in the stream further upstream. But I've also heard some Deliverance type stories. I think someone on the board posted a story about somebody driving a car into the creek then setting it on fire... yahooooo!!
