Fished the Gunpowder yesterday the flow was around 275 CFS. Most water I have seen in there in a while. Took 1 on a swimming leech and missed a couple others. Then switched over to a black stone wetfly and took 8. Water was 43.1. Color was decent. Saw 4 fish rise all day. There were a few small stones flying around.
