A little late posting, but I wanted to log a report...

Fished a trib of the Gunpowder early Sunday morning. After catching the biggest chub out of every hole, I moved upstream a bit where the water gets a little colder. Didn't see anything rising, but I decided to do a little prospecting with an olive stimulater by a cut bank and on the third cast a feisty 9" brown slammed it. He came out of the water to his shoulders to hit it...good times. I explored a bit, and after taking another small brown on a bead head hares ear soft hackle, I made a short drive to the Gunpowder.

Flows were pretty low, but I landed 7 and lost 3 or 4 more over the next couple of hours nymphing the most likely looking holding areas. Nothing too big, but a good day all around. All fish were caught on the same soft hackle.
