The Sulpher's have commenced. Water levels and clarity are about perfect. I participated in a Baptism at 4PM at which the preacher declared the Gunny Holy Water. I agreed and decided to fish it. I fished from 4:30 to 6:00 and caught four nice brownies near Bunker Hill road. They were rising and there was a consistent (though not heavy) hatch in the air. There were a few Lime Sallies ~#14's in the mix but the fish were keyed in on the sulphers - some as large as 10's but most in the 12-14 range. Several fisherman provided testimony to some recent strong spinner fishing from 7- 9 pm but I had to leave the water for family obligations. I will be back! I ran into an old friend who gave me three klinkammers that he tied up earlier today. He said the pattern was a killer the last few evening!!!
