The local news station here in Iowa is reporting that the PA State Police has set up a 24 hr armed guard around Phil's compound to protect him and his family after he reported his forecast.

Is this true? 🤔

Likely just for show. Whistle pigs are ten-a-penny and Phil is more likely to die from overeating than anything else.
