As I took some days and after the depressing rain yesterday decided to grab the sun hat, the new to me three weight and take a ride out 29 to kimberton to catch a tan and some dinks on a dry fly .

Ran Into mamma out for a late morning walk with her babies still with there spots !

Hit a few spots on French and enjoyed watching red breast and green sunfish take a dry in full sun .

Sad I was one year late to take the fly fishing class posted at one spot , I think it's time to get your sign 🤣.

Ate some lunch and headed over to Pickering , could not have asked for a nicer day or more relaxing time . I guess it's true , keep it simple and as long as YOU enjoy your time on the water it doesn't matter how you fish !

Good to see some WW fish getting posted. Gonna get out this weekend (for Trout), have a a chance to get a couple new streams checked off. But unless the rain gods start coming through, I’m ready for some Sunnies and SMB. A Fallfish or twenty won’t hurt either.

Nice! I'm liking the South Bend reel.

I like it a lot just ,was my first time really fishing if properly and I'm not wild about how easily the selector pushes over for paw, like if you brush it past yourself it can flip off the clicker and spool tension , might be getting some electrical tape over . If anyone knows a fix .... tell me please.

Thanks
