French creek ffo, Chester co., 3/25/12

Met a paff board member before we hit the stream which was a real treat. He caught 8 so I thought we were in for a good day. Got on the stream, rigged up, and got a hit on the fourth cast. Today was going to be a good day, a come back from last weeks skunking on west valley. My first and only fish was a 12" fall fish. I'll take it but it wasn't enough to scratch the itch.

Nothing was rising but once the sun came out there were bugs hatching all over the place. Mostly midges and a few crane flies.
