Was working 5 min from the stream so swung by and started fishing around 4. I was in the open water somewhere below the FFO. Water was clear and a little low. Weather cloudy and dank; I got a little chilled as the water had dropped to 48. Lots of Little Black Stones, and decent amounts of tan caddis hatching; no risers. Caught fish under an indicator with weight and a beahhead fly. Thought I was doing well with a soft hackle (16) till I switched to my pet bh caddis pupa pattern. Went back through a hole I had already fished thoroughly and caught several additional trout and that was on top of the handful the first time around. So, lots of fish and pretty easy going; nice to get out Trout were mostly rainbows and ranged from 11-15in. Still hoping for the rain they keep promising!
