Fished this morning for a few hours in Benton and caught several trout on terrestrials (ants, beetles, crickets etc.). The fish were hitting anything on top real hard. It was cloudy and cool this morning when the wind picked up and the trout moved to the edge of the stream to feed on whatever was blowing into the creek. Sun came out and the fishing slowed down. Great day to be on the stream. The creek picked up some water yesterday and the temps are down.
