Fished the special regs area midday, 5/9. Nothing rising. Caught some on streamers and pheasant tails. A nice one sucked in a pheasant tail--missed him. Had to drag out the green weanie then. He inhaled it on the first try--rolled him once and he broke off. Water temp was 55F. For me, the creek is at a nice water level. Lots of caddis and stoneflys.
