My friend and I fished the 1st Fork of the Sinnemahoning this past week. We stayed at a friends camp in wycoff run.
Fished mostly the delayed Harvest area the whole trip. Caught 24 trout during the trip on mostly Brown caddis pupa, prince nymphs and a few on caddis dries...Really had to work hard to get fish. When it appeared they were feeding on the surface they were actually taking right under.
I did manage to catch four trout from 17 to slightly over 20" All the fish were rainbows except for one lone brown. Really was surprised there were not more browns. Storm Wedsnesday night put a dampener on fishing Thursday.
