drove over to the fisrt fork from my camp in elk co, about an hour drive and was thinking this is going to be great, 38 deg cloudy, with some rain, the bwo`s are going to be poping today, got to the DH area around 1:00 water was up about a foot or so, color was good, started with a olive wooley bugger, fishing was slow , hooked two rainbows, then around 3:00 or so i saw a bwo, and thought here we go, but the hatch never really happend, maybe a bwo every ten mins, not enough to get the fish excited , oh well, i have two more long weekends and hoping the weekend of the 16 the weather will be ugly again

I hope the hatches are better in 2 weeks. Ill be up there fishing not this sunday but next and also the following Saturday and Sunday!!
