Cant seem to post my captions with the pictures?
Caught 2 dink rainbows at Falling Springs till this one. God blessed me on this one as I was dorkin around when I realized I wasnt snagged. Plus I caught him on a beadhead pheasant tail from a flybox I found at the Breeches last year. He tried real hard not to come to the bank. I know...its a stockie and not what I was really after of that size. Commissions website biologists reported catching 2 of these a few months ago at 22" and thats what it was. You probably cant see it but towards her back half the color between the vermicules is actually purple of all things. Nice treat, great fight. Caught one more dink before I left for home. Plenty of midges and some olives (i think) and saw another trout larger rise and 1 almost as big feeding actively off the bottom. Spooked them both.
