Time fished: 0130-0330 Pm

Stream Conditions:
Falling Springs was gin clear and pretty low. The temps were in the normal 50 degree range.

Weather:
It was sunny with a very stiff breeze. Very few clouds, but one would come by every now and again. Temps were in the lower 60s.

Hatches:
All that I saw were a couple midges, but I think there may have been more, as the wind was quite the hassle today.

Results:
I attempted to nymph some of the nicer runs with no luck. It was kind of hard when the wind was blowing your nymphs back upstream as I attempted to high stick. The water was so clear, yet it had a chop from the wind gusts, that I decided to slowly creep along with a small streamer and sight fish. I noticed the bigger trout were not tight to cover as usual and I moved three fish in three different sections from town to the upper reaches of the meadow. The brown was 19 inches, and very healthy and the rainbow was about the same. I was lucky enough to have a by-stander on the rainbow, who helped me get a good pic...Thanks again if your reading this.
