Started in the heritage area around 11am and fished from the water wheel upstream to the source. Some midges and bwo's around but nothing rising. Landed some small fish, between the 2 of us, about 6 total. Lost a big one. Everything on near nuff sculpins. As an observation this stretch seems much shallower than years past. Any thoughts?

Moved down to the DHALO area and landed 2 pigs. That was it. Water still seemed very cold down here. It will be a shame to watch the near class a wild browns in the DHALO get ravaged next year.

The one stocker with the good fins looked better than the pic shows. I'm fairly certain it was not from the February stocking. Shame it won't be like that for much longer.

It was a nice day and it was awesome to break in my jk fisher fly rod.

Nice fish, great colors on pic #3. Not sure about the water levels, seems to be the same as past few years. The weed growth won't be long and water levels will eventually deepen after we start getting some better weather.
Was at the LeTort this past weekend and I thought the same while filling up 2 bags of garbage out the water.
