Erie Tribs (20,16,walnut) Erie County, 12/15/15

Fished tuesday from sun up to sundown. Water is low and clear, few fish anywhere. Most of the fish are at the mouth of whatever you choose to fish. Not super active. Walnut had the most fish, but only at the mouth/below the biggest falls on the bottom 1/2 mile or so. We caught 2 lost 3. Caught a few smolt/parr as well. Biggest fish ran 26"+ and was very fresh by my good friend. Had to bear hug is since the net was useless other than scaring the fish. If you are thinking about going this week or weekend I would wait until we get rain next week. Was a fun trip with friends none the less. We hiked around 9 miles through the day looking for fish. It was not busy at all other than the couple good holes in the bottom of walnut.

Troy, sorry if I steal your thunder. Here is a pic of the biggest fish. He was all smiles after landing this bad boy, 12 minute fight. Sorry about the quality but had to resize and save it low because of the requirements.

Boy is that kid ugly! Definitely was a blast though. Every squirrel finds a nut once in a while..

Yeah I'm still scratching my head how he even hooked up with a fish that day... hahaha.
