fished elk creek above folly end campground. water is low and clear, fish in holes but not alot caught 2 on #16 hares ear with rubber legs as soon as the sun came up they wouldnt look at a fly . i decided to go back home and rake leaves. we need rain bad to bring up more fish . hope we have rain for the jam
