Managed to get out on the E. Branch yesterday afternoon, I fished section 5 right above Downingtown. Fish are concentrated below US30, didn't see any above, but I didn't go to where the DHALO starts.
Lots of rising trout, but too intermittent to make me want to actually commit to a dry, all fish hit on nymphs. Plenty of fish to be had, some nicer ones as well. In the short time I fished I managed 1/2 a dozen. I've fished this section twice now when I don't have time to chase wild trout, and its been nice to have some places so close to home to fish.
Water Temps: Low 60s
Flow: 70ish CFS
