Fished Dunbar from around 6 pm - 8 pm. I caught three (two brown and brookie) around the old dams that are blown out. I think I was below the project water as I never pulled up into the dirt road but fished as if it was the project.

A few fish rising sporadically. The ticket was a olive x-caddis. All fish caught and released without ever coming out of the water. Love barbless hooks.

Water temp was 62. It was after that really hot spell but was worried about the water temp.

Does Dunbar have Drakes? I saw a few (read that as 2 or 3) large light colored flies that looked like Coffin flies (maybe size 10) but didn't get a picture of any? Just curious?

A very relaxing two hours!

yes there is green drake hatch on Dunbar and Meadow Run. They are a little smaller than the shad flies which come off Fishing Creek and Penns. I've seen quite a few upstream of the jack dam area. Never really saw the fish go crazy for them though.
