Wanted to get one this afternoon with the warmer weather. Only had a few hours so I didn't want to go too far. I decided to go to Donegal creek which is 5 minutes from my house. Ended up fishing from about 1-4. I didn't expect much, just wanted to explore some holes for the spring stocking but I decided to take the rod along just to have some side fun catching chubbs with the hopes of a possible holdover. To my surprise I brought this brown beauty to hand not too far downstream from the start of the FFO section. with not having a fall stocking I was very happy to see at least one healthy trout making it in this stream
