Delaware River, Wash Xing, Bucks County 6/22/2016

Fished the river for a few hours 530P - 730P. Water very low and warm. Worked the grass beds around the park and bridge. Picked up a few smallmouths in the 8-12" range and what I think are small strippers. Very silver but shaped like a bass. Should have taken a few pictures.
 
No stripes? Then they are most likely white perch, which are in the same family.
 
On second thought, could also have been gizzard shad if they were 12-16 inchers with no spiny rays in the dorsal fin.
 
They were not that big. I will get a picture the next time I get one. I have to get a life proof case as I taught my iphone to swim Friday on the Breeches.
