70 degree air temp and a bit windy, clear water with a temp around 40. I had a meeting at my office in the area and decided to throw steamers at two of my favorite high-water spots. Struck out at the first spot, 2 nice browns at the second. Both fish were within 10 feet of the bank.

There were early black and brown stones flitting about and I did see one rise.

Got checked by a PA fish commission cop and asked her about the PA fish commission access just above Equinunk PA (called the Equinunk access on ON X) I’ve used this access for 40 years and have been hassled with notes left on my vehicle for the last 10 or so. She said you are completely legal parking on the highway (someone put up no parking signs) and walking down the bank. She recommended cameras in the vehicle to figure out who is responsible, will be doing that.

Mark - Just looking at the area you have described on the Wayne County Tax Map, I would agree that this area is within the PennDOT Right-of-Way. I am assuming those no parking signs between the poles are still there?

Would be nice if they were removed if they actually are bogus.

The no parking signs are still there. I believe they were put up by a local. The state police have jurisdiction. There would be no parking at Stockport if it were prohibited along 191.
